Founded in Orange County
NextGen Properties is established in Costa Mesa, California, with a focus on providing professional, transparent residential property management to local owners who were frustrated with the status quo.

After building a strong management portfolio across Orange County, NextGen expands into real estate development — overseeing its first ground-up residential project from site acquisition to delivery.
